When one worries, they think too much.  It is described as anxiety or nervousness.  Often, people avoid or shut down when it gets difficult to control it starts to affect how we socialize, work, or spend our time.


Often people do not like to talk about anxiety because it makes them feel something, mentally and physically. 


Some symptoms of anxiety include restlessness,  feeling tired, inability to concentrate,  irritability, and sleep issues.   Although anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling it is a necessary feeling to help us adapt and evolve to changing world we live in.
